Armonty Bryant Pleads Guilty to Drug Charges: Latest Details, Comments, Reaction

Cleveland Browns outside linebacker Armonty Bryant pleaded guilty on Wednesday to an amended misdemeanor attempted drug possession charge.

Evan McDonald of Cleveland.com reported on Bryant's case, which originated from a traffic stop arrest on Christmas Day 2015. At that time Bryant, who was accompanied by former teammate De'Ante Sanders, was found to be in possession of Adderrall.

According to McDonald's report, judge Brian J. Corrigan sentenced Bryant Wednesday to a suspended 180-day jail sentence and a 68-day probation term that ends Oct. 3. He will also be required to pay a $1,000 fine.
