College basketball coaches are intense. Just ask Arkansas-Little Rock head coach Chris Beard.
Beard broke his hand punching a whiteboard during halftime of Sunday's win over Louisiana-Monroe to clinch an NCAA Tournament berth because he didn't like the way his guys were playing. And this happened in a game the Trojans won by 20 points.

Despite the injury, Beard will coach his team Thursday against fifth-seeded Purdue.
"We were not playing our best half," said Beard, via ESPN.com. "We were down five at half.
