After falling to 4-13 to end the 2024 campaign, the Las Vegas Raiders are facing questions about the future of head coach Antonio Pierce.
The Raiders suffered a 34-20 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers in Sunday's regular-season finale, destroying any amount of positivity that was building from their back-to-back wins in the previous two weeks. Las Vegas once had a 10-game losing streak and was in the running for the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL draft, but the team will instead be picking at No. 6.
Pierce was in his first season as the full-time head coach after taking over on an interim basis midway through the 2023 campaign.
