Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown oddly and abruptly left his team’s sideline and went to the locker room with his team losing to the Jets on Sunday afternoon.
Near the start of the fourth quarter, Brown took off his helmet, jersey and shoulder pads, then shed his undershirt, before jogging to the team’s locker room through the end zone while throwing up a peace sign gesture with his hands. Fox TV cameras showed his equipment lying on the sideline.
On a video conference call with reporters after the game, Arians implied the team would release Brown.
