The Minnesota Timberwolves slammed the Los Angeles Lakers 117-95 in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series on Saturday, and all of a sudden, the Lakers are in quite a bit of trouble. They allowed Minnesota to impose its will on them physically, which led to major deficits on the boards, in the paint, in transition and in 3-point shooting.
It was the first Game 1 the Lakers played at Crypto.com Arena since 2012, but their fans were shocked into a state of stunned silence for most of the contest.
