Charlotte Motor Speedway is set for a doubleheader on Sunday — with sunshine and blue skies greeting fans returning to the track for the rain-delayed Sprint Cup and Xfinity series races.
The track will stage two races, with the Sprint Cup Bank of America 500 set to go at 12:05 p.m. ET, followed by the Xfinity Drive for the Cure 300. Chase contenders Joey Logano, Austin Dillon, Brad Keselowski and Kevin Harvick as well as Kyle Larson are scheduled to attempt both races. When rain delayed the Xfinity race last weekend, the Cup drivers abandoned their efforts to compete in both.
