The Alabama Crimson Tide baseball program faced what was likely their toughest test yet over the last three days, hosting the Tennessee Volunteers inside of Sewell-Thomas Stadium for a high-profile three-game SEC series.
Beginning on Thursday night, Alabama and Tennessee faced off in a nationally televised game in which the Crimson Tide eventually came away with a 6-5 win to hand No. 1 ranked Tennessee their first SEC loss, with a big five-run second inning playing a key role.
In the win, Justin Lebron and Richie Bonomolo Jr. combined for five RBI, while Carson Ozmer also impressed out of the bullpen to record the save.
