It seems to happen every year: the American League East provides the most drama and receives the most attention throughout Major League Baseball.
From the looks of things, this season will be no different. After winning Tuesday, the Orioles (19-12) and Red Sox (20-13) remained tied atop the division standings as they ride three-game winning streaks.

The Red Sox have scored 27 runs in the first two games of their series against the Athletics (14-20). Hanley Ramirez and Travis Shaw led Boston to a 13-5 win Tuesday at Fenway Park.
