Just three days before the 2024 NFL draft, the Denver Broncos acquired quarterback Zach Wilson in a trade with the New York Jets.

Wilson, who wore No. 2 with the Jets after wearing No. 1 in college, initially picked jersey No. 10 -- on the same day as the first round of the 2024 NFL draft. Denver did not have No. 1 or No. 2 available as those were held by cornerbacks Tremon Smith and Pat Surtain, respectively.
