FOXBOROUGH — After two trades, the Patriots selected Georgia center Jared Wilson at No. 95 overall late in the third round.
New England originally had pick No. 77 and traded down eight spots, getting No. 85 and No. 146 (5th round) in return from the Chiefs. Then they took No. 85 and traded down again, getting No. 95 and a 2026 4th round pick from the Bears.
So ultimately, to move down 20 spots, the Patriots added an extra 4th (next year) and 5th round pick.
There they added Wilson, perhaps the highest graded pure center in the 2025 NFL Draft.
