Accuser boycotts football player's hearing handled by Gators booster

The woman who said Florida football players Antonio Callaway and Treon Harris sexually assaulted her will boycott Callaway's Title IX hearing because a Gators football booster was appointed by the university to hear the case, according to ESPN's Outside the Lines.

"This is beyond unacceptable," the woman's attorney, John Clune, told ESPN.

The report cited a letter dated Aug. 5 in which Clune informed University of Florida deputy general counsel Amy Hass that his client, her parents and five witnesses would not attend Callaway's student conduct code hearing Friday in Gainesville, Fla.
