Aaron Rodgers Says He's Spent Offseason Working on 'Positivity' amid Trade Rumors

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is trying to avoid negative headlines amid question marks about his future with his team.

Speaking ahead of Capital One's The Match, Rodgers said he has been working on his mental health and positivity this offseason, according to Tom VanHaaren of ESPN.

"Sometimes the loudest person in the room is not the person who has all the facts on their side or the truth on their side," he added, via Ben Baby of ESPN. "Sometimes there’s a lot of wisdom is silence."

Rodgers has been relatively quiet this offseason, letting external reports tell much of the story.
