The New York Jets are changing the way they do business in 2025.
Previously a solo act in the backfield, Aaron Glenn's team is going to take a committee approach to the running back room in their new offense.
The new head coach is inheriting a group featuring Breece Hall in addition to a pair of second-year backs in Braelon Allen and Isaiah Davis. Hall has been the No. 1 running back since the Jets drafted him in the second round of the 2022 NFL draft.
Glenn wants to use them all without the "RB1" label.
