The San Francisco 49ers added another defensive linemen in the NFL draft when they selected University of Texas defensive tackle Alfred Collins.
Collins is 23-years old and measured in at 6-5, 332-pounds with 34 5/8-inch arms at the NFL combine. While we'll cover him plenty on the field, here are a handful of things to know about San Francisco's latest draft pick:
Comes from athletic family
Collins' mother, Benita, played college basketball at the University of Texas. His older sister Kennedy also played college basketball at Houston Baptist after scoring more than 1,000 points in high school, per the Athletic.
