San Francisco 49ers left tackle Trent Williams is one win away from chasing the only accolade that has eluded him throughout his storied career.
Speaking to ESPN's Nick Wagoner, Williams said a victory in the Super Bowl would be "like one of those fairy tales" to cap off a comeback story that involved a cancer scare in 2019.
Williams revealed in October 2019, when he played for Washington, he was diagnosed with Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans, a rare soft tissue tumor that develops deep in the skin and was "within weeks of metastasizing through to my brain to my skull.
