San Francisco 49ers Brock Purdy quarterback was "competitive" with New York Jets running back Breece Hall when the two roomed together at Iowa State, their former Cyclones teammate Mike Rose told ESPN's Rich Cimini.
"It definitely got competitive," Rose said, per Cimini. "Breece and Brock would definitely go at it. They were always trying to one-up each other, whether it was Madden or anything.
"Brock was always harder on Breece to get him to come along a little bit, just like with football and stuff. Brock was the perfect example of how to go about it.
