San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk has left Sunday's game with an apparent leg injury.
Aiyuk visited the medical tent before eventually being carted off the field during the first half of the team's Week 7 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Prior to exiting, Aiyuk had made two catches for 23 yards.
