Alfie Davis pulled off a stunning upset win over Clay Collard in the opening round of the lightweight bracket at 2025 PFL World Tournament 3.
The opening bout at Universal Studios Florida in Orlando, Fla., Davis (18-5-1) finished Collard (25-15) in the first round with a flurry of strikes. It wasn't a stoppage Collard agreed with, but referee Blake Grice stopped the action at 2:12 of Round 1.
Collard presented his typical heavy forward pressure. Davis was effective as he circled around the outside. Collard offered a right jab and then shot in for a takedown.
