The swimming program at the 2024 Paris Olympics is in full swing and stars from Team USA and across the globe are getting set for a huge day in the pool in the second session of the day on Wednesday in Paris.
In her signature race, Katie Ledecky took home gold once again, winning with 1500m freestyle in a time of 15:30.2. That's a new Olympic record and the eighth best time of all-time in the event — all of the top 10 times belong to Ledecky. Its also the eighth Olympic gold medal for Ledecky, who now has 12 Olympic medals.
