1. Detroit Pistons: Cade Cunningham, G, Oklahoma State
The Pistons took their time deciding what to do with the No. 1 pick, and ultimately settled on Cunningham, who has been my top-ranked prospect in this class from rail to rail and gives them a versatile centerpiece to build their team around. Cunningham checks just about every box for a perimeter player, with no glaring holes in his game, the ability to play with and without the ball, and an unwavering, focused, team-first approach.
