The 2017 NBA Draft is a little bit lighter on prospects this week.
In a bit of sad news, French big man Jonathan Jeanne reportedly was diagnosed with Marfan syndrome, the same condition that cut former Baylor standout Isaiah Austin's NBA career short before it started back in 2014. Barcelona's Rodion Kurucs, meanwhile, reportedly withdrew his name from this year's draft.
Both were projected as late first-round picks, so their absence might not shake up your draft board all that much, but it is disappointing to see an already thin international draft class get a little thinner.
