Simone Biles posted top scores in three of the four rotations -- floor exercise, vault and balance beam -- as U.S. Women's Gymnastics qualified for the team all-around final in first place. Meanwhile, Madison Kocian took first place in the uneven bars to give the Americans a clean sweep of each rotation.
