The 2016 Rio Olympics will take center stage across the world, starting on Friday, Aug. 5 with the opening ceremony.
Athletes and fans from all corners of the globe will convene to kick off the Games of the XXXI Olympiad by gathering at Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro.
