2016 Outlook: Gerald Henderson

Related Topics: Gerald Henderson, Jr.

Once a solid all-around contributor, Gerald Henderson has fallen on hard times lately. His production dropped off for the third straight season in 2015-16, as he served as a reserve for the Trail Blazers, averaging 8.7 points, 2.9 rebounds and just 1.0 assists per game. He could see more minutes in Philadelphia after signing as a free agent, and could even start the season as the starting shooting guard. However, the 28-year-old isn't a reliable 3-point shooter and may not fit in well on a team that might prioritize spot-up shooting, making Henderson more of a Fantasy reserve in a best-case scenario.
