Good Magic, the second favorite at 7/1 odds, led out of the gates and battled with Justify for the entire race. However, Justify pulled away in the final turn and barely held off a late push from a pair of other contenders to win the second leg of the Triple Crown.
Justify won the Kentucky Derby earlier this month - on another muddy track - and will get a chance to become the second horse in four years to win the Triple Crown.
Bravazo (15/1 odds) was able to come in second, while Tenfold (21/1 odds) rounded out the top three.
The final leg of the Triple Crown is the Belmont Stakes on June 9th at Belmont Park in Elmont, New York.
