As if you needed any more evidence about how brutal of a sport rugby is, this match on Saturday between the South Africa-based Sharks and the New Zealand-based Canterbury Crusaders may take the cake.
During the game, Sharks flanker Jean Deysel notices Jordan Taufua of the Crusaders down on the pitch. Rather than just running by to catch up with the game action, Deysel does this:

The best part? Taufua didn't whine and cry in the media about his obvious misfortune. He proceeded to tweet out that he was fine after the game, save for a couple of stitches.
Why hasn't this caught on in America yet?
