These are picks 17-32 of the post-combine 2018 NFL Mock Draft. You can find the first 16 picks of my mock draft here.
17. Los Angeles Chargers: Maurice Hurst, DT, Michigan
Hurst's combine was cut short after he was diagnosed with a heart condition. That's very concerning, but Hurst has said he thinks he'll be cleared. If that's the case, he's still a first round pick. He'd be a perfect fit in LA, getting to feast on one-on-one matchups. If it's not Hurst, the Chargers are the likely floor for Derwin James and they'll look at other DTs or an OT like Connor Williams.

18. Seattle Seahawks: Josh Jackson, CB, Iowa
Seattle's M.O. is to not take offensive linemen like they should. So while Connor Williams is exactly what the Seahawks need, don't be surprised if they pass on a lineman to get a new corner. Jackson is the exact type of player the Seahawks covet at corner, although a new DC might result in some scheme changes. Still, Jackson can replace Richard Sherman as an outside corner with great ball skills.
19. Dallas Cowboys: Isaiah Wynn, OG, Georgia
There are five spots the Cowboys will consider at #19. Safety, if Derwin James is on the board. Linebacker, and they'll strongly consider one of the freaks like Leighton Vander Esch. Defensive Tackle is an option and I'd love for them to get Vita Vea. Wide Receiver could be the pick and watch for DJ Moore here. But, guard is a big need for Dallas and I think they want to shore up the LG spot. That makes Isaiah Wynn a strong option and if the top defensive guys are off the board, I think that's the route they'll go. Wynn will go round one.
20. Detroit Lions: Derrius Guice, RB, LSU
The Lions need a running game. That makes guard an option, but maybe they're better off getting a true 3-down RB. That's what Guice brings and they can still spell him with Theo Riddick or Ameer Abdullah (if the pick is Guice, I bet they shop Abdullah). I like this fit, but watch defensive tackle as well. Getting a 3-tech, like Taven Bryan, or even Da'Ron Payne makes sense. An edge rusher is also a need, especially with Ziggy Ansah's future uncertain in
21. Buffalo Bills: Da'Ron Payne, DT, Alabama
22. Bills (via Chiefs): Rashaan Evans, LB, Alabama
The Bills have back-to-back picks, so I'll group them together. I would not be surprised if the Bills packaged these picks to go get a QB, but I'm not ready to project trades. So, the Bills end up with two Alabama players and they're good ones. Evans isn't the athlete someone like Leighton Vander Esch is, but he's a better pure player right now. He gives the Bills a Day One starter, just like Payne brings. He can rush the passer more than he showed in college and might be an ideal replacement for Marcell Dareus.
23. Los Angeles Rams: Marcus Davenport, DE, UTSA
The Rams are likely to target the front 7 after their recent moves and trades. Leighton Vander Esch makes sense, but Davenport probably doesn't go any later than this. And if he ends up with the Rams, he should thrive under Wade Phillips. It's a matter of unlocking his potential.
24. Carolina Panthers: D.J. Moore, WR, Maryland
Moore is a real riser after the Combine and some think he's the top WR. I'm not there, but he's easily a Top 32 prospect. He'd be a good fit for Carolina, even if he's not a true burner. The Panthers need more wide receiver help and I think Moore would fit well on the outside along with Devin Funchess. If it's not WR, look for Carolina to check out another pass rusher, DB or offensive lineman.

25. Tennessee Titans: Connor Williams, OL, Texas
The Titans could lose OG Josh Kline this year. If that happens, they'll need a new guard. I believe that Williams can play OT, but his short arms will have some looking to move him to OG. Because he's not the biggest player either, that could cause him to drop. The Titans don't need an OT, but they can plug Williams at OG. It's good value as well.
26. Atlanta Falcons: Will Hernandez, OG, UTEP
While the Falcons are bringing back Andy Levitre at OG, they can upgrade Wes Schweitzer. The Falcons have the most complete roster in the NFL, so while Schweitzer can still develop, they might as well upgrade with a quality player in Hernandez. Isaiah Wynn might be a better fit, but Hernandez is the top OG left, he can still fit. The Falcons are an option to trade down or up this year as well.
27. New Orleans Saints: Lamar Jackson, QB, Louisville
This is one hell of a landing spot for Jackson. I believe in his ability and going to the Saints and Sean Payton would be a perfect landing spot. The Saints have had interest in adding QBs in the past and getting the closest thing to Mike Vick to fall to them is a risk worth taking. If it's not a QB, expect the Saints to target the front 7.

28. Pittsburgh Steelers: Leighton Vander Esch, LB, Boise State
Vander Esch is an unreal athlete, as his Combine performance showed. The Steelers love athletes at linebacker, so it's a perfect match, if Vander Esch is still on the board. While Vander Esch only had one year of starting experience, I fully expect him to go in the first round. The Steelers need linebacker help, especially after Ryan Shazier's injury. If it's not a LB, watch for a safety like Ronnie Harrison or Justin Reid.
29. Jacksonville Jaguars: D.J. Chark, WR, LSU
I'm not as high on Chark as others, but his Combine and pre-draft process has helped get him into the first round discussion with guys like James Washington and Christian Kirk. Chark is bigger and faster than those players and the Jags do need help. I think it's a reach, but Chark's buzz is growing. I think he sneaks into the late first round and the Jags make a ton of sense if they lose Allen Robinson and/or Marqise Lee.
30. Minnesota Vikings: Jaire Alexander, CB, Louisville
This really might be too low for Alexander. There are some who view him as the top CB, although I'm not in that group. Alexander gives the Vikings another corner, who I think can play on the outside. Alexander has great upside and the Vikings do need another CB. If it's not a CB, watch for someone like Taven Bryan, who would fill a need.
31. New England Patriots: Sam Hubbard, EDGE, Ohio State
I'm a believer in Sam Hubbard and think he'll be the fourth edge rusher taken. His athletic testing numbers are very, very similar to another former Buckeye: Joey Bosa. While Hubbard isn't the player Bosa is, the former safety and lacrosse player does have the traits to be successful. He strikes me as more of an 8-sack player in the NFL, but that's a valuable player. The Patriots need edge rushers and Hubbard would be a nice fit for the team.
32. Philadelphia Eagles: Mike McGlinchey, OT, Notre Dame
The Eagles would love to get Vander Esch, but I'd be stunned if he fell to them. Instead, they could look to get some nice value on the offensive line with McGlinchey. I'm not a huge McGlinchey fan, I worry about him against speed (i.e. in the Georgia game), but he's a fine late first round selection. The Eagles can have McGlinchey take over at RT (his ideal position) once Jason Peters retires, assuming they want to put Lane Johnson at LT.
