SIMPSONVILLE, Ky. – Redshirt freshman Valeria Lizcano led the Toledo women's golf team on Sunday with a four-over par 76 in the Rockets' final round at this weekend's Cardinal Cup hosted by the University of Louisville. UT finished in 14th place in the team standings with a 54-hole total of 949 at the par-72, 6,374-yard University of Louisville Golf Club.
Freshman Brooklyn Millard posted Toledo's best individual finish in the tournament by tying for 27th place at 10-over par 226 (75-73-78). Lizcano was four strokes behind Millard and tied for 38th place individually at 14-over par 230 (77-77-76).
