University of Toledo senior Tre'Shaun Fletcher has been named Mid-American Conference West Division Co-Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
This is the fourth time Fletcher has won this weekly award this season and this marks his third week in a row receiving this honor. He shares this week’s award with Western Michigan’s Thomas Wilder.
In wins over Western Michigan and Bowling Green, Fletcher averaged a team-high 24.0 points, 9.0 rebounds and 6.5 assists. He hit 62.1 percent (18-of-29) of his shots from the floor, 57.1 percent (4-of-7) from three-point range and 88.9 percent (8-of-9) from the charity stripe.
