The University of Toledo football program landed its highest-ranked 2020 recruit so far Monday night.
Gavin Hall, a 3-star, pro-style quarterback out of Kennesaw, Ga., announced that he will attend UT via Twitter, thanking head coach Jason Candle and offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Brian Wright.
