Toledo cornerback Ka’dar Hollman was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL draft with the 185th overall pick Saturday afternoon.
Hollman is a former walk-on from Burlington, N.J., who excelled in 2018 as the No. 1 cornerback for the Rockets. He was tied for first in the Mid-American Conference with a team-high 12 pass breakups last season. He also added 43 tackles and one interception.
Hollman told reporters on a conference call that he visited Green Bay on his last official visit before the draft.
“Right when I got there I felt the Green Bay tradition,” Hollman said.
