The University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University’s baseball teams will play a game at Fifth Third Field on May 14, the schools announced on Thursday.
The Friday game at the home of the Mud Hens will begin at 7 p.m. with the Rockets slated as the home team. This is the first in a planned annual event between the I-75 rivals in downtown Toledo.
The game at Fifth Third Field is the first in a four-game series between the Rockets and Falcons. The remainder of the series will be played at Scott Park near UT.
