PASADENA, Calif. — University of Toledo running back Bryant Koback had the top rushing effort in Saturday’s NFLPA Collegiate Bowl, racking up 58 yards on 14 carries in a collegiate all-star game played at the Rose Bowl.
Koback, who has declared for the NFL draft, had twice as many carries as any other running back in the game. His longest run, 36 yards in the second quarter, set up an 11-yard touchdown pass from Aqeel Glass to Dai'Jean Dixon.
The American squad Koback played for lost 25-24 to the National squad. James McCourt of the American squad missed a 46-yard field goal attempt as time expired.
