MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - Toledo (19-9, 11-6 MAC) will wrap-up its regular season on Saturday, March 9 at Mid-American Conference West Division champion Central Michigan (23-6, 14-3 MAC). The opening tip is slated for 1:00 p.m. in McGuirk Arena and will be shown on ESPN+.
UT will meet CMU in the final league contest for a second-straight year and fourth time overall. A season ago, the Rockets suffered a tough 72-67 home setback against the Chippewas before 4,837 fans in Savage Arena (March 3).
Toledo has won the other two regular-season finale meetings vs. Central Michigan by scores of 85-75 on March 2, 2011 and 62-50 on March 4, 2003.
