The University of Toledo women’s basketball team defeated Akron 60-54 on Wednesday night at Savage Arena.
Jay-Ann Bravo-Harriott led the Rockets (10-4, 1-1 MAC) with 18 points, Mikaela Boyd added 16, and Kaayla McIntyre had 14 points.
Shaunay Edmonds paced Akron (6-7, 0-2 MAC) with 13 points.
