CLEVELAND — If at first you don’t succeed, try and try and try again.
The third time was the charm for the University of Toledo men’s basketball team as the Rockets avenged two defeats this season to Eastern Michigan, winning 64-63 on Friday night in a Mid-American Conference tournament semifinal game at Quicken Loans Arena.

Marreon Jackson nailed a 3-pointer with nine seconds left to give Toledo the 64-63 lead. The Garfield Heights High School product had 26 points to lead the Rockets, including a game-tying 3 with 45 seconds left before the game-winner.
