Jordan “Jelly” Walker became a national sensation last March after averaging 31 points in the Conference USA tournament in leading Alabama-Birmingham to the NCAA tournament.
The Tulane transfer was named the C-USA player of the year, newcomer of the year, and first-team all-conference, finishing as one of the nation’s leading scorers. A lot of people believe he will finish No. 1 in that category this season, and the responsibility falls on RayJ Dennis to prevent Walker from single-handedly beating Toledo on Friday.
