DETROIT — Tre’Shaun Fletcher hit a 3-pointer as time expired and the University of Toledo men’s basketball team defeated Detroit Mercy 89-86 on Wednesday night at Calihan Hall.
Jaelan Sanford led Toledo (5-3) with 23 points as the Rockets won their first road game of the season. Fletcher ended up with 16 points.
