MUNCIE, Ind. – The Toledo men's tennis team defeated Ball State for the second time this season in a 6-1 victory at the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center on Saturday. The Rockets improved to 12-6 overall and 5-1 in MAC play with their fourth straight win.
Toledo won the first doubles' point thanks to a 6-0 sweep by Cole Shoults and Krzysztof Wetoszka on the No. 2 court, and clinched the team point with Pawit Sornlaksup and Marko Galic's 7-5 win on the No. 1 court.
Sornlaksup continued his hot streak on the No. 1 court, picking up his 16th singles win in a two-set victory over Danilo Kovacevic.
