TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo begins the postseason in a quarterfinal match of the Mid-American Conference Tournament at Kent State on Sunday. Toledo (10-5-4, 5-4-3 MAC) enters the tourney as the No.6 seed and will play the No.3 seed Golden Flashes in a 1:00 p.m. contest at Dix Stadium.
Toledo closed out its regular season in a 1-0 overtime loss to archrival Bowling Green Thursday evening, the first loss for the Rockets since Oct. 7.
For the season, the Rockets are allowing a MAC-low 0.63 goals per game. Sophomore goalkeeper Emma Boutorwick leads the conference with a 0.
