TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo Women's Cross Country team had seven runners earn Academic All-MAC honors for the 2023 season, the league announced on Tuesday. Morgan Hicks (3.965), Alex Bauer (3.911) and Madeline Vining (3.901) led the MAC Champion Rockets with the highest grade point averages this semester.
Vining earned her fourth academic accolade, while Julia Dames collected her third Academic All-MAC honor. Toledo's five other honorees – Alex Bauer, Jaydon Cirincione, Aubrey Duhaime, Morgan Hicks, and Karina James – are all receiving the honor for the first time in their cross county careers.
