TOLEDO, Ohio – Five members of the Toledo softball team were recognized for their athletic and academic accomplishments this season by earning a spot on the 2024 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team. Eli Enriquez, Lauren Erickson, Sidney Griffith, Riley Mohr, and Kendra VanderLugt were each honored by the organization on Tuesday.
Erickson and Mohr are receiving an Academic All-District distinction for a second time, while Enriquez, Griffith, and VanderLugt are being honored for the first time. It is the first time five Rockets have earned a spot on the CSC Academic All-District Team in one season.
