Each week, The Blade will recap the most interesting Toledo football grades released by Pro Football Focus, the scouting website that evaluates players’ performance on every play of every game. For context, grades are based on a 0-100 scale.
Tucker Gleason (83.9 offense): Gleason graded out highest on the team after completing 31 of 44 passes for 289 yards and two touchdowns. He also had 59 rushing yards. The QB played well enough for the Rockets to win. He was the victim of numerous dropped passes (and a red zone fumble). Gleason had high marks across the board against the Zips.
