TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo men's tennis team opens its fall schedule at home with the Rocket Invite this weekend. The Rockets welcome five other teams to the Glass City: Bellarmine, Case Western, Chicago, Kenyon, and Northwestern Ohio.
Competition begins on Friday and continues through the weekend.
"This is a good group of teams coming in, and some which don't see each other often, which always provides some intrigue," head coach Al Wermer said. "Our team has a new feel to it after losing three graduates last spring, adding two new players (Marko Galic and Pawit Sornlaksup), plus recognizing some transformational player-efforts since last spring.
