TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo baseball team will hit the road for the first four games of a five-game road trip, taking on Purdue Fort Wayne on Tuesday, March 25 and Kent State for a Mid-American Conference weekend series on March 28-30. First pitch against the Mastodons will be at 3:00 p.m., with the Kent State games beginning at 3:00 on Friday and Saturday and 1:00 on Sunday.
Toledo (8-14, 4-5 MAC) dropped a road game at Wright State on Tuesday, but earned its first series win of the MAC schedule against Ohio this weekend. The Rockets responded to a loss on Friday with a 7-3 victory on Saturday and a 1-0 rubber-match victory on Sunday.
