Toledo’s Sept. 11 game at Notre Dame will kick off at 2:30 p.m. and be televised nationally on NBC.
Notre Dame was 10-2 last season, defeating Clemson in the regular season, losing to the Tigers in the ACC championship game, and falling to Alabama in the College Football Playoff semifinal at the Rose Bowl.
This will be Toledo’s first-ever meeting with Notre Dame.
Ticket availability for the game will be determined by donation and season-ticket history.
Toledo will be the fifth school in the current Mid-American Conference to face Notre Dame, joining Miami, Western Michigan, Ball State, and Bowling Green.
