LEXINGTON, Ky. — University of Toledo running back Bryant Koback had an up-and-down day in his return to Kentucky on Saturday in the Rockets’ 38-24 loss.
Koback capped off an opening scoring drive with a five-yard touchdown run less than three minutes into the game, but he had a key fumble on the first play of Toledo’s first second-half possession. When his day was done, he had 15 carries for 73 yards against a stout Kentucky front-seven.
“I don't know if they're emotions or not, but I'm pretty much just proud of my teammates,” Koback said.
