Toledo was named the 70th best city for college basketball fans in the United States, according to an annual study released Wednesday.
Popular finance website WalletHub evaluated 291 cities with at least one NCAA Division I program. The study used nine metrics — including the number of teams per city, the winning percentage of each team, stadium capacity, and social-media engagement — to create rankings based on aggregate scores.
