TOLEDO, Ohio - The University of Toledo men's basketball program announced a multi-year partnership with INFLCR (pronounced "Influencer") on Thursday to help empower its student-athletes to build their personal brands on social media.
Rocket basketball players, coaches and staff will gain access to photos, videos and graphics created by Toledo Athletics and delivered through the INFLCR software and mobile app, to share on their personal social-media channels.
"Our players each have their own individual story and we want to provide them all the tools to build their brand, especially with the NCAA moving toward allowing student-athletes to benefit from their name, image and likeness," said head coach Tod Kowalczyk.
