MUNCIE, Ind. — The scenario was nearly identical to one year ago.
A long Toledo winning streak. A game at Ball State. A winter storm.
The result was also the same — a UT loss in Worthen Arena, a venue that has wreaked havoc for the Rockets in recent years. Toledo has lost six of its past seven games at Ball State, including four by double digits.
Ball State’s 93-83 victory Friday was UT’s first loss since New Year’s Day, ending a nine-game winning streak that featured seven wins by double digits and three by at least 20 points.
